Timor-Leste Religious Tourism Association (ATR-TL), is an inter-religious organization in Timor-Leste composed of the Catholic, Islamic, Protestant, Kong Fu Tze, Hindu religions established by religious communities on March 25, 2019, with the task and objective of bringing together, promoting and qualifying and transform potential tourism resources into tourism products to offer to the tourism market and industry at local, municipal, national, regional and global levels.

To promote, transform and develop tourism resources into tourism products to offer to the market needs to start through dynamic nucleus groups established through each religion.

Currently, ATRTL has selected five pilot projects from the 12 Nukleu groups. The five pilot projects are Nukleu Bernaz from the Asembleia Evangelical de Deus Church in Atauro, Nukleu Annur from the Annur Mosque in Dili, Nukleu Cristo Rei Metiaut, Nukleu Foin Sae Katolik Gleno, and Nukleu Nain Feto Ramelau. The criteria for selecting these groups of nuclei are:

1. The group activity is going well.
2. In the place of gathering to conduct discussion, business and group activities in general.
3. Have good human resources to manage and guide the group unit.
4. Prepare a work plan.
5. There is a group leader who is responsible for the group’s activities.
