Inter-Religious Tourism Association of Timor-Leste Hosts “Tassa Avo Nana 2022” Grand Final Dinner and Ceremony

On September 19, 2022, the Timor-Leste Religious Tourism Association (ATR-TL) in collaboration with the Avô Nana Team held a Dinner of Fraternity and the Grand Final Ceremony for the Coral and Vocal Group Competition “Tassa Avo Nana 2022.”

The event was graced by the participation of Vice Prime Minister Santa SÉ, His Excellency Archbishop Edgar Peña Parra, Apostolic Nuncio to Malaysia, Archbishop Wojciech Zaluski, Cardinal Don Virgilio do Carmo da Silva, President of the Republic of Timor-Leste, members of parliament, senior officials from the Timor-Leste government, leaders from the Catholic, Islamic, Hindu, Confucian, and Protestant faiths, as well as representatives from international agencies and civil society. The event also featured competitors from the coral and vocal group categories, along with local artists and performers from Indonesia.

  3. 3rd Place: Brilhia Académica Choir (UNTL)
  4. 4th Place: Fraternity Choir
  5. 5th Place: Magnificat Choir
  6. 6th Place: Santa Bakhita Choir

Vocal Group Winners:

  1. 1st Place: NE’ITA Vox
  2. 2nd Place: SENOFA, Balide
  3. 3rd Place: IPTL (Protestant Church of Timor-Leste), Comoro
  4. 4th Place: Nova Aurora (Mesjid Annur)

The event celebrated the rich cultural and religious diversity of Timor-Leste, fostering unity and fraternity among various communities.
